Privacy policy

1. General provisions

This privacy policy applies to the primetrack.pro website, the PrimeTrack platform and the “PrimeTrack Cost Sync” browser extension (the “Extension”). We take the protection of your data seriously and make every effort to keep it secure.

2. The website and the contact form

What data we receive

When you send the contact form on primetrack.pro, we receive the data you enter: name, email, topic and message.

Why we use it

Only to reply to your request and continue the conversation with you. We do not use this data for advertising and do not sell it.

How it is processed

The message is delivered to the PrimeTrack support mailbox through the Resend email service. Your IP address is used only to limit the number of form submissions (no more than 5 per hour) and is not stored together with the message.

We keep the correspondence in the support mailbox for as long as it is needed to handle your request. You can ask us to delete it at any time.

3. Cookies and local storage

The website does not use analytics counters or advertising trackers.

• The “sid” session cookie is set only when you log in to the PrimeTrack dashboard. It is needed to keep you signed in.
• Your choice of interface language and site theme is saved in the browser's local storage.

These are strictly necessary for the website to work, so we do not ask for separate consent.

4. The PrimeTrack Cost Sync extension

What data the extension collects

The extension reads a temporary access token (Facebook access token) from Facebook Ads Manager pages. It is needed to request ad spend data through the Meta Graph API. This token is sent only to the PrimeTrack server managed by the user and is not shared with third parties.

What the extension does not do

• Does not collect users' personal data (name, email, phone)
• Does not read the content of pages unrelated to Facebook Ads Manager
• Does not share data with advertisers, analytics services or other third parties
• Does not use remote code (remote code execution)
• Does not track browsing history, clicks or user actions outside Ads Manager

5. Extension local storage

The extension stores the following data in the browser's local storage (chrome.storage.local):

• PrimeTrack API token (to authorize requests to the server)
• PrimeTrack server URL
• ID of the selected connection
• Temporary Facebook access token (session)
• Date and result of the last sync

All data is stored locally on the user's device. It is not shared with Google or any other third parties.

6. The PrimeTrack platform

Data sent to the PrimeTrack server through the Extension (ad spend, campaign metrics) is used only to provide platform features: ROI calculation, reports and statistics in the user's dashboard. The data is not sold or shared with third parties.

7. Security

All requests between the Extension and the PrimeTrack server use the secure HTTPS protocol. API tokens are stored encrypted on the server side.

8. Your rights

You can ask us which of your data we store, ask to correct it or ask to delete it. Write to support@primetrack.pro and we will reply within a reasonable time.
